Eric Zwigart - CEOCEO

Eric Zwigart

Eric Zwigart graduated from California University of PA in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. While attending college, Eric joined the United State Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer reservist from 1995-2001. After graduating from college and finishing his time in the USMC Reserves, Eric started working for a family owned company in Southern California, Chalet Products Company. As Sales Manager with Chalet Products Company Eric was able to grow the wholesale sales segment from $200k per year into 2.5M per year with in 1 year. This continued success then lead to an eventual VP of Sales position leading the entire company’s sales responsibilities. After being with the company for 8 years Chalet was sold, Eric then decided to start his own company. RPP Products, Inc.  Started in 2006, RPP Products has rapidly grown into a $100M company, and is a leader in Convenience Retail, as well as other retail channels.  Providing Private Label, and other logistics and distribution solutions to both retailers and suppliers for the Automotive category, RPP currently serves its customer base from four locations with number five coming soon.

Jon Bratta - PresidentPresident

Jon Bratta

Jon has spent 30 years in the Convenience Retail Industry in Management/Executive roles for several Best in Class retailers including 7-Eleven Inc, and am/pm. Jon went to Core-Mark from The Pantry Inc, a 1650 store chain located in the Southeastern U.S. where he spent 5 years in various Executive level roles including Vice-President of Merchandising, leading The Pantry’s entire Packaged Goods Category Management team, and store services team as Vice-President of Merchandising for Packaged Goods. In addition Jon also served as Vice-President of Food Service for the Pantry as well.

Renard Howard

Renard joined RPP Products in May of 2018. His background spans over 40 years in the Automotive Aftermarket, with specific experience in Filtration and Lubricants in the Traditional Aftermarket, Retail, Wholesale and the Indirect Channels of Business. Renard has successfully managed businesses and teams throughout north America. He majored in Business and Psychology at the University of Toledo and Arizona State University.

Drew Pechy

As an accomplished multi-role manager with international operations, Budget, P&L and leadership experience in the manufacturing, import distribution and logistics, I have developed and executed innovative strategic plans that consistently drive outcome, continuous improvement and on-going profitability. As a valuable contributor to an organization, utilizing lean and six sigma principals, Drew cultivates strong and sustainable relationships with all levels of personnel, customers, and business partners. He management style thrives in a team environment and he is able to capitalize on all opportunities with the desire to collectively work through on-going process improvement projects which integrate a persistence and commitment to goal achievement. Drew is humble, appreciative and diligently able to communicate effectively with peers and employees to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
